Invite people into a project and see where they're working, live

Share a Kubrick project by email or link, with edit or view-only access, and see collaborators' avatars, cursors and selections live in the editor.

Motion work is rarely a solo job. A designer builds it, a founder has notes, a client wants to see it before it ships. Kubrick projects can now be shared, and you can see who's in them.

Share a project

Open a project and press Share. You can:

  • invite people by email (they get an invitation with a moving preview of the project)
  • copy an invite link
  • choose whether each person can edit or only view

Projects shared with you show up under Shared with me on your dashboard. An invite link opens straight into the project.

See who's there

When someone else has the project open, their avatar appears in the editor header. On the canvas you see their cursor and an outline around whatever they've selected, in their colour. Their colour carries over to the Share panel so you can tell who's who.

It's the small stuff that makes working together easier: you can see that someone is already on the title scene before you start moving it, or point at a layer and say "this one" on a call.

With your AI

If you've connected an AI app to Kubrick, it can see projects that are shared with you too. And Kubrick's agent shows up in the editor while it's making changes, so you can watch its edits land.

Tips

  • Use view-only links for clients and reviewers.
  • Pair sharing with comments: pin a note on the exact frame and spot you mean.
